I shall blog about yesterday.
had PFT.
but I stopped doing at like first of 5 stations:
sit-ups D:
did 2 and started to have this slight aching feeling at the base of my shoulder blades.
then after 15, the pain became a sharp, sudden one.
then I just stopped cuz it was really uncomfortable and strange; but a good sign.

like the last time of mass-retake.
I had like MC for the last few and now I can take, I can't take.
which means, I have to take myself again.
hmmm, always had a problem with sit-ups but not this bad.
my mom was super upset when I told her.
we spent a bomb trying to stabalise/cure my scoliosis problem.

yeah, she may only be able to talk describe _____ as 'hot'.
